- Established in 1986 we are today one of the largest
manufacturers of Canopies for all ˝ and 1 ton Ldv's in
Southern Africa.
- Sole Importers and distributors of CARRYBOY Canopies
and Accessories, the exclusive No1 luxury Canopy in
Southern Africa, colour coded to your vehicle.
- Our SA manufactured range includes everything from
sleek Sport units, low profile units, standard high units
incorporating blank side options, to commercial
Spacesavers, with a multitude of fibreglass and glass door
options, including full doors.
- All our canopies are manufactured using the best
quality materials and stainless steel hardware &
fasteners. Excluding Sport models, most of our Canopies
have integrated aluminium roof racks as standard.
- We are the only manufacturer who utilizes the superior
‘plant on’ sliding window system as standard on all of our
canopies where applicable. These superior sliding windows
provide added security and eliminate leaks completely.
- Our National Network of 16 Franchised SA Canopy
Fitment Centres, including our manufacturing facilities in
Port Elizabeth and Pretoria, insure that you our customer
receive quality after sales service in support of our TWO
YEAR WARANTY policy on all our Canopies. Our Franchises
also specialize in Polyurethane Coatings, and the supply
and fitment of Tow Bars, Bull Bars, Side steps, Radios,
Roof Racks and selected Vehicle Accessories, including
repairs to all makes and models.

Carryboy is the trademark of T.R.K. Bangkok Industry &
Exporter Co., Ltd established in 1969. The company
progressively developed its business in the auto parts and
accessories field. Their products included shock absorbers,
suspension arms, brake pads and rubber accessories. In 1982
T.R.K. began manufacture of fibreglass canopies under the
trademark of Carryboy and today products are available for
most models of light delivery vehicles.
Carryboy has been awarded the Certificate of Quality by TUV
of Germany (2001) as well as ISO 9001 quality management
certification from the UK. Carryboy products are exported to
over 100 countries internationally.
The company has a factory of approximately 34000 square
metres under cover with a normal capacity of 5500 fibreglass
canopy units per month.
SA Canopy Centre is proud to be the sole importer and
distributor of Carryboy products in Southern Africa and is
supported by the technical expertise of one of the largest
and technically proficient fibreglass canopy and auto
accessory component manufacturers internationally. |
